1. Who we are

NexBox ("we", "us", "our") is operated by [legal entity / business name], [registered address]. These Terms govern your use of the NexBox website, dashboard and storefront tools (the "Service").

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Using NexBox

NexBox lets you create an online storefront, list products, and receive orders from customers, including orders placed via WhatsApp. You agree not to use the Service to list illegal goods or services, to defraud customers, or to misrepresent your business.

4. Payments

Payments made through your storefront are processed by our payment partner, Paystack, under Paystack's own terms. NexBox is not a party to the transaction between you and your customer and is not responsible for chargebacks, disputes, or failed payments between you and Paystack.

5. Plans and billing

NexBox offers three plans: Free (₦0), Starter (₦2,500 per month) and Pro (₦5,000 per month). Paid plans are paid through Paystack and run for 30 days from the date of payment. When a paid plan ends without being renewed, your account returns to the Free plan and paid features stop working. Your products and orders are kept. You can switch back to the Free plan at any time.

6. Content you provide

You retain ownership of the product listings, images, and business information you upload. By uploading content you give NexBox permission to display it as part of operating your storefront.

7. Termination

You may stop using NexBox at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud or abuse.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexBox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost sales, lost data, or disputes with your customers.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NexBox after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
